So if you go to the Shift homepage and navigate to Meet our Partners, this is your first stop to see everybody who is working with Shift and wants to hire you!

If you scroll down on the page, you’ll find a list of our partners and the associated program. You’ll want to be looking at any partner company that has “Talent Spotlight” tagged in the Program section.

This is your first step for researching our partners! We cannot emphasize enough the importance of researching our partners (at the barest of minimums, you’d have to be familiar with their names, right?). This way if they contact you, you won’t automatically assume it’s a spam call.

Now, if you want to be a superstar candidate, you’re going to take it a step further and really dig deep into learning about these companies.

There are a few ways that you can do just that. Every time you’re interested in a potential company, you’d want to go to their website and check out their careers page. Familiarize yourself with their company values and what drives them. This way, you’ll know whether or not this is a company that aligns with what you’re looking for!
