So many of us coming from the military are used to being told to not smile and look serious. But here’s the thing…

They want to picture you in their workplace. So be friendly and be yourself!

It’s harder in the virtual workplace that many companies are working under now. But you do want to make sure that your personality shines through. Because if you and someone else somehow had the same exact resume and interviewing skills, it all comes down to personality and if they’d want to work with and be friendly with you.
